Kelvin Kwok has more than 25 years of experience in investment banking and real estate development.
Prior to joining KK Advisory, Kelvin was the CEO of Swicorp (KSA) where he spent more than 18 years and headed its real estate, debt and capital market advisory functions.
Kelvin also spent 6 years occupying senior positions in 3 of the leading real estate development companies in Saudi Arabia.
Kelvin holds a MBA from Cranfield Business School, UK, and is proficient in English and Mandarin
Majed Kareem
Founder & Principal
Majed Kareem is a skilled businessman with more than 25 years of experience in private investments, mergers and acquisitions, & governance.
Previously, Majed held executive positions in several companies such as CFO of Savola Group, CFO of Knowledge Economic City, COO of Swicorp (KSA), & CEO of Masra International Holding. Leveraging on his experience, Majed sits as a board member in several listed and closed joint stock companies in addition to chairing audit & risk committees
Majed holds a BA in Financial Management from King Saud University, Riyadh, KSA
Naseem Nazer
Co-Founder & Principal
Naseem is an experienced senior executive with more than 18 years of experience in the public and private sectors.
Currently Naseem is the CEO of Base Xperiential in the MENA region as well as the co-founder and principal of KK Advisory.
Previously, Naseem was senior advisor to the Minister of Tourism. She also spent 12 years in investment banks such as Morgan Stanley and EFG Hermes.
Naseem graduated with a General Management Program from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University in London.
